The only time I ever had a problem was in Monte Carlo. I was at the baccarat table and this Russian looking model was giving me the eye. Her older looking gangster “boyfriend” didn’t like it and sent two of his goons over to give me a beating. Those two obviously didn’t know about my Navy SEAL training and I Kung ##’d the #### out of them. Mr. Big the gangster was quite unhappy. So I suggested we get a deck and see who pulls the high card for the girl. He wanted a $100,000 bet, and I gladly obliged. He pulled the king of spades, and I gotta admit for the first time in my life I was a little nervous. Then BOOM I get the ace of hearts. It was only fitting that I get the girl and the cash. We had to get out of their quick because he probably had more goons coming. I dialed a phone number of a MI-6 agent I had met while on top secret duty in Bahrain. He lent me his Aston Martin and his bungalow for the weekend.

I had to fly back in Monday to move some top secret military loads. I gave Svetlana the balance of the $100k. All it would have done is create problems for me.

Yup. Just a weekend for Otter in a dangerous city.

I have ever plan of teaching my kid the same, boy, girl, gay, or straight. My job is to teach her how to take care of herself for when Im not here. And be a good human.

 

That's why my wife is the greatest. At first she had a hard time dealing with me being gone weeks or months at a time. But she adapted....strong minded gal. When I wised up and started to pay attention she relaxed some. 35 yrs and still counting ! I still get that fuzzy feeling everytime I see her and her me. Takes a strong woman to put up with the likes of some of us ! 8 more yrs I'll be 65. That will be it for me. I'll park the ole bucket of bolts and just tinker on the other things I have accumilated over the yrs.........at least that's the plan.....y'all know how plans change ! LOL

I’ve thought about writing a trucker version of WSHTF. But it seems that most drivers nowadays are more interested in painting their toenails having big crying sessions and circus tryouts. I don’t want to spoil their fun.

 

Never really had an issue at any place. But I have been told I look pissed off all the time. Then it could be that I'm a half way decent size fellow. LOL I have had a few incidents over the years but they pretty much got resolved in a short time.......just my winning personality I guess ??
