Ya know @wore out . I was talking with my Doc, (No relation to Doc), the other day when I went in for an appointment, we are pretty good friends my family and his. He asked me about work and I filled him in. He said it's the same way in the medical field. Everyone wants the big bucks but they don't want to do what they are suppose to to get it and it's all of the newer younger Doctors.

Yesterday, a coworker and I were discussing the guys that don't show up to work and the ones that are there everyday and the ones that are there everyday are the older fellas and we are the ones that work without being told what to do so it's definitely a generational thing. It's an epidemic as far as I'm concerned and being government employee's makes it twice as bad. The only difference is they get away with it where the folks your working for holds the youngsters accountable, consequences for your actions. It's nice to hear someone is doing that.

I would like to add that I know there are hard working younger folks, but there are less than more of them nowadays it seems. Maybe a different story in another part of the country or career field.
