Seriously though, I know and understand that there needs to be a way to write off an investment on taxes, but when a large corporation can exploit it by either tearing down a barely used building or just abandoning it, ala' Malwart or McDankels , it stinks because of the ripple effect on others.
Just my opinion. But that land ownership article talked about bullying in a financial sense and there's no denying that it's a real and valid concern, regardless of political beliefs.

Crazy aint it? Ours was pretty nice as far as McDs goes but they tore it down to move it two feet over so they could put in another lane... ridiculous.
