I’m torn on the companies hand in the scenario... I think a driver should stand in front of a jury to defend his own actions behind the wheel. However, this... Z Man is a repeat offender that rolled a truck less than a month ago and goes on to get a job for this Hot Shot Company.

Do they not have a hand in this? Tough to say, for me anyway...

I don’t want to touch the immigration side of things. I do, however, think it’s asinine we even have to talk about possible deportation of Z Man. Unreal that that’s even an option on the table.

 

From what I’ve read on here all you have to do is put every chain you have on a load and you’re good to go.
