Lol. Well I was there with my wife so wasn’t paying attention to the other gals. Our waitress was a young gal I hadn’t seen before.

And the sandwich I thought was real good. Even though it looks goofy with that Mac n cheese on it.

I have a good friend that works for Honda Jet that lives in summerfield, that area is high on the list. Concord may be a better "investmet" play? I like the mountains the influx of people not so much.

Think again the pad would be close to 50 and another 50 for the building. My neighbor has one similar in size less doors and he was a 100 grand in it. General steel building. Either 40x80 or 50x100 I don’t remember exactly

I will say he poured an 8” pad. I don’t know how thick your pad is, but I’d want 6 if I was working on trucks

I'll poke around next time i'm out there and look closer. If it gets to home inspection stage, I'd probably bring a hammer drill and see for sure. Probably a good sign that the lift looks like it's been there a while and the floor ain't tore up or patched around where it's anchored.

Edit to add: I'll probably bring my Dad along too. He ran a business doing concrete repair (roads, airport aprons, and the like) for 30+ yrs and was a site engineer for a heavy construction company back in the day. He's probably forgotten more about building than I'll ever know.
