@RedForeman . Round here there's places like that that are hunting camps. Big pad for the campers. Keep the camper stored in the barn, pull it out when you get there and park the toys they haul up inside. Could explain why no driveway and big doors. My barn has a big door, no electric inside but water. Has a pad along side it with rv hook up and a sewer dump for that same reason I think.

Portland, ME - $350,000.
What I mean is: depends on the market where you are (I see GA - best to ask a resident Southerner with a keen notion of property / tax values).
And also what I mean: Don't build anything in Portland, ME.... not even a tent under an overpass.
And I ####ing hate it when someone with a little bit of money and a bunch of skill (and / or) willingness says 'I'm cheap.' Dam it - you're not cheap, you're frugal. Why hire out when you can do for yourself? Just like bologna isn't cheap - it's inexpensive. -
