Location, location of course. We got that building cheap.....I want to say $25k. Them somehow it ballooned to $300k. And last I checked labor hasn't got any cheaper since 2005. I was hoping to relate my experience that;
1) concrete and insulation are expensive and not to be under estimated or under appreciated
2) there is alot of hidden value in a building that is already erected and properly permitted and inspected
BOL whatever you decide I hope it works out.

Tell you what @MACK E-6 if I had driven this trip at 58 mph I bet my mileage would be closer to 20. But you know I'm just a dumb trucker. That and the fact that I'm parked a mile from my delivery probably makes me the worst trip planner you'll ever meet. You'd think I would have figured this job out by now
