I worked for a guy in Colorado that made us set up every time with a whip line. His idea was that if a customer wanted us to use it he didn't want to have to tell them we didn't prepare for it.
I don't ever remember having that happen but I'm sure he had it happen at least once or it wouldn't have been a policy.
