I changed both mine a couple years ago. No problems with the bunk, but the one on the firewall had our lines, and ONE of them wouldn’t spin on the line. The threads weren’t locked, but it wanted to twist the line. I soaked it with Whip for three days. No dice.

I ended up very carefully bending the line away from the firewall just enough I could spin the expansion valve off the line. Then hope like heck the new one tightens up in the same spot. It did. Still working good.

Usual procedure: Hold the 'Home' button + the 'Power' button at the same time, in a second you should hear the camera click. The image is now located somewhere in your files (Samsung: DCIM).

    Maybe that helps?

We actually removed it from the firewall and the harness clips where it was attached to the engine block. Then we held the expansion valve with vice grips and used the wrench to twist against it. It loosened pretty quickly like that, it was tough because of the thread tape.

It was bending on him the other day, and the line kinking would be a tough one to replace with a 120 inch sleeper to fish it back through.

This is the guy that was arrested, he drives a Peterbilt 359 pulling a spread. Does he look soft to you?

Cool. Thanks KT. I'll try it today later on. I didn't spend any time trying to figure that out but I did spend a lot of time and frustration trying to figure out how to post a picture from this phone. It's easy on the Tower computer but this phone is another story.

No prob, Moose. It's usually a 2 button combination hold to take the shot.... Finding it afterward might be a whole new challenge.
