Here’s the deal with that.
It was noticed by the staff that a few of the regulars in here had taken a similar avatar to a staff member and made some creative alterations, and those actions were perceived as an attack on that particular member of the staff.
Now, one of said regulars was asked to change his and he did. Snowman unfortunately had several warnings already.
As for HumblePie, it was determined that he was at least two previously banned members and possibly more some time ago and he nearly left the building then, but I convinced the rest of the staff to go along with letting him stay if he behaved himself this time around, with the understanding that he would be shown the door with one slip up. This incident unfortunately was declared to be that slip up.
So, this is where we are now guys.
