I think that is probably what happened to the hames....someone cut them out to frame pictures or mirrors or something. There is certainly a market for that stuff in the resort areas. I probably should have straightened them out and advertised them.

I collect old harness stuff. My Grandad always had a working team of mollies outta mammoth jacks, and Belgium mares. When he bought our place he paid for most of it logging the timber. He got calls up till he past to come skid logs out on small jobs that needed to stay nice and neat. The only team I remember were Bugs and Jess. Never seen him pick up a check line. Had a pulley system in the barn roof to get their collars on and off. My oldest brother was Papaws boy lol. He told him one day don't worry bout grandma I will take care of her after your gone. Pap just looked at him like he was stupid said take care of grandma? Boy just who in the hell do you think has took care of me the last 75 years you don't worry bout your grandmother, you just take care of my #### mules

I had intentions of getting through Denver before curfew but it didn't happen. Had mostly dry roads until I topped Sherman and then it went to crap...remember that bad pile up a few years ago? They tried it again today right around Vedauwoo. I don't know how many were involved but I bet it was at least 20 trucks and a bunch of cars.
The sign said road closed as I left Laramie but the gate was still open. For a minute there I thought I screwed up, couldn't see the road ten feet in front of the truck, but I'm glad I kept going otherwise I'd be sitting in Laramie instead of Dacono.peterbilt_2005, 7-UP, ShooterK2 and 12 others Thank this. -
