My first truck driving boss in Phoenix, Arizona wanted me so wear a wool suit with long pants and long sleeves. "Because that's what the ice guys in the old days wore!"

No.... shorts and short sleeve with a colored shirt. Summer, fall, winter and spring. No flip flops though.

I told him if he didn't like it to fire me.

I miss some of the old timers who taught me, all my friends are old guys...one guy I hang around has been driving for 53 years...sure seems like it was more fun back then.

Even I remember riding with my dad through the 90s, I would go all summer with him, things were just different.

I'm never running team. If I ever do HAVE to run team, in a white Volvo, and any of you guys catch me in flip flops, or socks and flip flops, do me a favour and shoot me.

And I won't stoop to any team shower jokes.

Hoping for it to be a quick drop. I've been told Bonniebrook, to Grant, to Valvoline is the easiest way in there.

They called me and basically told me to ignore the weight restriction on Grant... thought that was interesting.

Shouldn't need the parking invitation but I do appreciate it! Hopefully I'll be out of there before noon.

Just make sure you grab bonniebrook off of 422.

I was in there once years ago and don't remember it being bad.

If you need it, past bonniebrook about 2 miles further east is a big gravel lot beside a camper dealer, it's a right of way of the states they use for dumping stone...you can park there.
