In this day and age with LED lights one should be able to leave them on for long periods of time with no problems.

 

You guys are watchin too many show that use sensational terms. The areas of an airport are apron, ramp, taxiway, gate etc. I have never had or heard a controller say taxi on the tarmac.

News reporters seem to think it is some technical term, it is simply the proper name of asphalt road surface. Most taxiways, ramps and runways are concrete anyway.

I'm glad your comfortable. Not sure that I will regain the feeling in 3 fingers on my right hand from running wings in a turkeye fryer at 350° in 103° ambient temp. How was your nap?

 

Used to have em on my Camaro too for Flat Towing to the Drags and also handy when Ya lunch a Tranny out in Town.....that was pre Rock Crusher

 

My neighbor builds the tables, buys the CNC and software, and sets it all up. I think they are around 25K.
