Peaceful! My kinda place to hang out. The only thing missing from those pics is a saddled up horse.

 

What's on the bottom of the sleeper? You putting blanks on.....might be a place for your numbers.

I like the name on the door......but I hate putting anything on new paint. Mine are on the sleeper big and bold....but with the paint falling off It's not a concern. Wife makes fun of me polishing a old turd....I tell her that's character dang it....you run two million things start to sag....

Y'all figure out how the rest of that conversation went....

 

There's a guy in our town who did vinyl and hand painted pinstriping and lettering for years. He retired a couple years ago and will still work for cash on the barrelhead, depending on who's asking. He was telling me that since the government started regulating what can go into paint for his craft it's very hard to make it stick and stay...the exception being a fresh paint job. So if you find a guy to do it with paint, do it soon. And he says don't apply any wax or anything like that to the paint before it's lettered or it won't stick.

 

You know the reason they had to cancel the Miss Ebonics America pageant competition? No one wanted to be Miss Idaho, LOL.

We got quite a few odds and ends done today. We put a ramp on the back steps from the house into the garage, moved furniture to the basement, put a "lift kit" under the couch to make getting up and down easier for her (a couple 4x4's).
My wife and daughter worked on mobility stuff with her. My wife was an occupational therapist and our daughter is a nurse.
I do have few pickup truck pictures to add to the collection on my phone. I'll post them in a bit.

Trying to stay busy has proved difficult. Got a meeting to attend with some “up and ups” so they won’t dispatch me

 

The Man wanted to talk to me tonight. 'Sposedly Connecticut says you're not allowed to use the left lane when it's three wide. 'Parently I "missed the first 40 signs", his words not mine. After explaining it was my first time in that state, and apologizing, he let me go with a warning.
I figured for sure 70-75 in a 55, I WAS passing in the hammer lane

 

Get in n get out. I see them pouncing on guys for that pretty often.
