Sorry if I struck a nerve - maybe I can clarify? A guy that was dishonorably discharged for beating girlfriends and selling drugs still pulls the vet card to get the same respect as a guy that did 2 tours and watched friends die. I can't and won't paint both with the same brush, but yet that first guy will use every chance he can get to demand special treatment.

He is closing on his new place in Tennessee, guess he will take it there and clean it up. Like Grubby he’s a good body & paint man. 69 was one of my favorites. If it’s a true SS then it was factory BB, GM didn’t make a SS with a SBC till in the 70’s

 

Good question.... I guess to some it’s just another car.
