Going to look at a Trail King later today or tomorrow morning. Hydraulic detach and he said he thinks the well is 26'. It's 50 or 55 ton he wasn't sure.
I don't really need a trailer but it's priced in a way that would make it stupid to not at least go look.cke, Westbound23, PoleCrusher and 21 others Thank this. -
I was gonna clean it but couldn't find any clean towels.....you know anything about that???RedForeman, cke, Westbound23 and 15 others Thank this.

Yeah, my problem was there was no real negative opinions from anyone I asked. They all loved their time there (and left because they wanted to do other things) or are still working there. A friend of mine was who recommended I apply, who currently works there, had nothing but good things to say. But then again, he was hired to do city fuel (which is their highest paying spot) and nothing else.
One of the veterans who doesn't do fuel told me a few weeks ago that you have to put in "about two years" to get what you want from the company. I don't have that kind of time to invest in a company without something to show for it up front. I'm ready to run like the wind right now, not fart around working part-time part of the year.
Another problem I think is was that I was trying to "escape" from my old company, and took the first thing that seemed a fair deal. Plus, I was wooed by the "more home time" deal. Make more money AND be home more? How could I turn that down?
Had I known up front that the trucks were governed to 100 km/h, tuned down to barely be able to get 100,000 lbs up to highway speed, let alone 139,900 lbs and the up-and-down nature of the seasonal work, I highly doubt I would have taken it. But hey, such is the learning experience that is trucking. Always a lesson to learn every day.cke, Westbound23, PoleCrusher and 12 others Thank this. -
Hey if they dont bother me, stick whatever you want, were ever you want with whom ever you want. Now with that said to the sickos. I catch you harming my daughter, wife, friends kid, stranger in that manner, I will judge you right there and then, I promise. After that its between me and the lord what happens. No weapons, no tricks we are going hand on hand till it they can never perform such a act.Last edited: Jul 31, 2019

Loaded up my mountain bike and drove out to one of the trails. Unload and get ready to ride. Opened up the back door on my truck. Lo and behold! No helmet! Left the darn thing on my kitchen counter. What a waste of an hour!
