Let me explain this a bit more. Most class 8 diesel engines have more than one HP/TQ setting in them. So fleets can choose them. 370/430 would be a choice. 475 could be in there and just need a pro link to change it. I question the 1800rpm being stock because off it being over 400. Sounds like a customer parameter. But idk not seeing it. If it has 475 as a option it's not much cost of any to switch it. You want 2100 rpm at least. This is questions for Cummins. But a local guy with a pro link and 1st stage password can check. Normally 0000, or last 4 of Vin.

Now to go over that you want someone not from Cummins. If I recall from my guy a said 2591 is good for 600hp 2050tq. With this said once you are at this point you install a boost gauge, pyrometer and watch them like a hawk. It's like driving a mechanical. Fresh clean oil and treat it like a baby. Your modern electronic engine is a 18 yearold, it know when to sleep, and sheet. Has driver protection. A hot rod engine is a 18 month old. You watch everything and change the diaper because they can't. It will do what your foot commands.

1800 came from the tag, and oh lord it doesnt need that much of a boost. Only thing from tag that's legible is the aforementioned hp and max rpm numbers
