When did you say you’re coming after that dump truck?

 

I was originally going down Saturday morning, but my wife "convinced" me I can't make the trip and be back in time for a 5:30 wedding that evening. She's right, but we all know how that game is played.
I'm wanting to try for Sunday now. I'm waiting to hear back from the owner to see if that will fit his schedule.

 

Have you ever noticed that when a heavyhaul truck has a mishap, non heavyhaul people go to the heavyhaul forum to post a picture of it? Have you ever noticed that heavyhaulers do not go to other forums to post pictures of the millions and millions of screwups that others have?

They sit back and hope that you experience calamity.

Ever notice how much hate @wore out gets? Why? Because of his truck. They hate his largecar truckin ways. “Oh, he ain’t safe. Oh, he has a dog in the truck...a truck is no place for a dog. Oh my! He’s driving down the road and eating gummy bears! That’s a distraction!”

Perhaps someone should start a ‘Where are You Crying at Today, Sidewalk Sissy’ thread for the sidewalk sissies can all join in and circle jerk. It will be sort of like Planet Fitness for drivers. Planet Fitness’ whole selling point is that fat slackers can go and work out and not actually see anyone who looks like they work out. Hmmm, I want to go to a gym to see a bunch of fat, un-athletic people that want to work out but don’t want to see anyone who makes them look bad.

 

Not just any dog. I have Doc son of Wee Wee and Belle, heir to the cattle dog Throne.

 

Wonder what they think about giving birth to a genuine celebrity. Must be somethin to have a famous fella in the family.

Laundry at the hook in Witchita Falls TX. Come thru Iowa Park this morning got to thinkin bout my first solo load. Conway Ar to Iowa Park. Major Lewis owned the Conway barn. He was a larger than life guy wore a sport coat with his wranglers and a white button down with the cowboy tie and collar pieces. I had never cut a load and had 7 left I couldn't fit. So I go in there and sheepishly say Mr. Lewis they wont fit. "Son he said Mr Lewis was my father I'm Major, EZ said I might have to help ya let's get you used to packin em in till the hides a hangin out. Now that barn is gone got a shoppin mall there........where the hell has time gone?

 

Ooooh here we go
