Yea, I was a quitter for almost 9 years before I started again 10 years ago. 1 smoke was all it took. I was a pack a day habiit the next day again.

I’m using this for some help. Gives you some weird ### dreams but after a couple of weeks it really helps with the cravings. You still have to WANT to quit though. If I can not stay a quitter this time I may have to trade for a van trailer. I don’t want that!!!

I quit chewing 7 or so months ago and everyday I want to dip

 

A buddy of mine was on that when it first come out....When you had to have a prescription. One of the side effects is suicidal tendancies...He said it was messing with him bad. And you have to ween yourself off them.

I'm a really nice guy with a really bad temper....I don't need a trigger...And I'm not very big so I really don't need a axx kickin....

 

There is another one called Wellbutrin. I haven’t used it but the doctor said that’s what she perscribes now instead of this. Doesn’t have the dream side effects she said.
