Here's the rim's and what one looks like after chemically stripping the bedlining off.

Not sure if I mentioned it or not but I got these for less than the price of one new one. I found a guy thatll polish them for 40 each so at 160 for that plus 125 for the wheels themselves I'm at 285 so if I'm spending more than 250 on on blasting them then I'm losing money. I can get brand new ones for 131 each from Amazon. I may just hit the one I stripped with some more bedliner and just run it an buy new ones later on.

 

And it takes about $3k in tooling and 2 Philadelphia lawyers to run the overhead on one....if they're idling smooth they're not running right! LOL

 

You'd be excited too if it's the most you've worked in the last 3 months, lol.

 

Not... unpleasant. Very spacious, lots of storage, very comfortable to drive, but it's just missing that "truck" feel.

In terms of fit and finish, it really screams European luxury car on the inside. Just without the copious leather and wood.

From what I've seen of the Mack Anthem on the inside, I think I'd prefer one to this thing.

The anthems are nice. The vulva does ride good. We had one as a trainer truck where I took the course. It wasnt much for 7 foot tall driver roo. But it rode good.

 

Well my brave 17yr old had wisdom teeth pulled. All 4 of them yesterday, he is feeling it today.

He has school tomorrow, but he wants to go so I will let him.
Watch by noon he will want to go home.

I had time to run by and show a guy the Manitex crane setting by that white GMC. I found out they were using it only in case of emergency because the engine had a miss, and a shop diagnosed it but was more $$$ than they wanted to put in it. They have 2 more so they weren’t hurting for a bucket. Man might get this one fairly cheap I don’t know. Bobby couldn’t remember exactly what the shop said was wrong though.....
