In disassembly mode now. Parts are on order. If all goes well I should be rolling again by Wednesday morning.

 

Fixed my mountain bike. Now I have a spare. Sucker is brand new and just sat in the corner gathering dust the last decade. Factory sent me it brand new as a warranty replacement for one I busted in half. Had to shorten the chain because it was too long and then fix the brakes. The factory installed the caliper brackets upside down and then shimmed the crap out of it with random washers to make it fit. Only half the pad was contacting the rotor and the washers were rubbing against the rotor.

 

BBQ Sunday finally got outta town headed towards my sisters. Still gotta burn another 250 miles if I can stay awake after this?

If your company is busy there one of the lucky few it seems

 

I actually just about died when I busted the frame lol. Part of the frame that holds the pedal crank busted right off when given 'r about 40km/h across a bridge. Just lucky it broke to the left and made me crash into the guardrail. If it busted to the right I'd have had a big W imprinted on my chest lol.
