    9CD5D890-5752-4872-B041-1A987241BEC2.jpeg I'll bet you didn't know this!

Many of the newer cars have a Back-Up Sensor that warns
the driver before the rear bumper comes
    in contact with something.
    Who invented this sensor?

I'll bet you think it was Ford,
maybe GM; how about Chrysler? No?
Then how about Mercedes Benz, or possibly the
    French or Italian car manufacturers?
No. It was a Chinese farmer
His invention was simple and effective.
It emits a high-pitched squeal before the
    vehicle backs into something.
    Here's his first prototype..

I'm having a hard time following you. Did it start better or worse on the bucket. Needs to set over night is my thought.

Again check that filter mount for cracks. Seems to have a week fuel pump. Now remember it needs to see fuel psi before it fires. N14 does crank longer than Cat, or Detroit.

But have you been over battery cables and starter cables, grounds, ecm wires. I sure would before I bought a fuel pump. Isolate and load test batteries too.

Them cooler plates are known to suck air with age. I recommended by passing that for testing too.

Well like I said the filter I can warranty exchange at slowreillys cause it's only about 2 weeks old.

After replacing the filter it fired up like I'd expect it to all 3 times I tried it, gonna let it set over night and try again. If it starts like normal we will know it was a bad valve in the filter. If it acts the same then we are looking at something after the filter because it cranked the same running from a bucket vs from the system
