Free healthcare is nice. Most western first world countries offer it to everyone, including immigrants and tourists for little to no charge.

Americans pay more for their healthcare through income taxes than almost anyone else in the world, yet still have to pay up front because a bunch of private corporations think greed is better than health and happiness.

 

Interesting. I started out with one of these.

It could be used for that. Every manufacturer made these style tractors, but this particular tractor is super rare for a reason. And worth a lot of $$$$........

 

Not entirely true and over simplified. Most western countries offer basic minimum care supplemented by private insurance. Most western countries have a much higher personal tax rate than ours, they ration healthcare and limit services based on budgetary constraints. They’re slower to pay for new medicines and services. They’re also FAR different than this country, I’m curious about how you figure Americans pay more through their taxes for healthcare than do other countries. Medicare/Medicaid are a huge tax burden I’m aware of that but I’m not sure what taxes go towards my health insurance. Healthcare is a mess but more government involvement is not the answer.
