Yeah I saw the front spindles that’s common for a high crop but usually high crops use drop boxes and the standard tire size to maintain effective gear ratio. Very interesting, bet it runs like heck down the road

U.S. pays more for health care with worse population health outcomes

The privatizing of the medical industry by large corporate conglomerates makes it extremely profitable, like the prison system. A government controlled healthcare system keeps costs lower because the primary goal isn't profit, its helping.

I hate to say it, but being scared of "more government involvement" when it's greedy politicians who want to line their own pockets by taking money from these giant corporations is why you guys are here in the first place. Insurance companies are the same. Why give people their cancer meds when they are going to die anyways and they didn't pay the full premiums?

Health can't be something humanity privatizes for profit, it's a basic human right like water, food and shelter.

But I do agree, less government involvement and lower taxes is the means to a more well functioning society, I just don't agree that private corporations pick up the slack in certain areas.

Medicare/Social Security....most would be better off deciding how to spend THEIR money for themselves without being forced to pay into these. Most people consume their contribution in 5 years but live well past that so the ratio of money going in versus going out shrinks. When OUR government gets involved in ANYTHING waste, fraud and poor service is the name of the game. We send BILLIONS around the globe annually yet our own people are struggling, it just doesn't make sense. I'm all for helping children because you don't get to pick your parents, and the mentally ill....the rest, well, the strong survive just like every other animal species on this planet.

I never disputed that there’s a problem, you made a claim and you posted an article that doesn’t support your claim. I’m not going to spend hours on this, I already have and it’s pointless. However healthcare is in the mess it’s in now because of government messing with it. There’s no reason to think that more government involvement will fix it. Why is it that the auto insurance industry (ran by huge corporations) is fairly affordable and the healthcare industry (heavily regulated by government) isn’t? Healthcare is not a human right at least not under our constitution and it’s certainly not the governments responsibility to provide it. There’s zero reason that it can’t be quality and affordable except the government “fixing” it. You think it’s expensive now wait until it’s “free”.

What makes this particular tractor rare is is the fact that, Allis Chalmers only made 6 of these in 1960...... I know one man that has one of the 6, he turned down $23,000 for it!

This tractor was a Hurricane Katrina victim, it was setting about a mile inland from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi when I found it. I loaded it with our Manitex crane and brought it to WV, it now resides in NY with a AC collector.

And, as messed up as our system is, we still don't have to wait 6 months for an MRI like I have heard many Canadians speak of.
