It's an inherited mess that looks worse than it is. The main power leads back into the truck are attached to the front batteries. Once those are disconnected, you lift the whole mess out of the way with a bungee hooked to the mirror. If they were shortened, getting the cables out of the way to get at the batteries out of that tight case would be more difficult. Plus, there's plenty of cable when I need to cut off a rotten end and put on a new terminal.
My other truck is a 387 with the batteries in a row under the step. I thought that would be easier, but I think they get lower and harder to reach every year. Must be my imagination LOL

Ain’t too impressed with the fuel economy I got between Billings and here... the wind really must’ve knocked it down more than I imagined.
Off to The Kettle and then we oughta get sideways before I fall asleep standing up or something. Y’all have a good Saturday!

The mdrive in the feed truck did excellent. The jakes not so much. Had an extra button you had to push every time to get the third stage active. The new anthems have a 4 stage system that's bangin.
I'll look at my truck and see if I've got the factory one still on it or not. -
I been out bullying again. Got called a moron lmfao. Pride is useless in business yet the captain doesn't even know what it is. Funny stuff

I wouldnt be ashamed to own one. Especially not that one. The flat top, one stack, no frills on the outside appeals to me. It's also got the platinum interior in it with in dash nav.
