Most days, I eat 3-4 eggs and bacon for breakfast. Generally some kind of leftover chicken, pork, beef, etc for lunch. Maybe some vegetables. At supper time, we try to start over with more meat and vegetables. That's kind of a typical day for me, but not always. I'll meet my son for pizza once a week or so for lunch.
I understand the dilemma of space you are fighting.
For anybody else thinking about this, an air fryer opens up a lot more healthy meal choices. Cooks like an oven, doesn't require a lot of space and won't dry food out like a microwave will.

 

Not a fan of sweet taters so no fries of any kind. Be nice if I could figure out how to make breaded fried chicken without the bread

 

Eggs can make me sick so I cant do alot of them but I do like them especially boiled, especially pickled, especially chopped up in tuna fish

 

Pete 579 is right up your alley. Enough space for everything you mentioned. I loved the once I've driven

I've never put this on here. Here is Harry that I worked with on the turnpike. Girl was on her phone driving 80 plus in the rain. She faught it for years.
