Tugs at my favorite chain. Wore is getting the ol girl back in her prime. Logan is rooster cruising in a Pete. Hurricane making me hungry with the chicken...
And I’m sitting in a mud hole with lumber on the deck, tarped in the pouring NH rain, and it’s going a whopping 450 miles to PA by tomorrow noon........
..... #### y’all.
I’m going to bed![]()

I was just curious. It is a beautiful truck, but that doesn't automatically mean that everyone will like driving it. Seems like it always took me a good 20 thousand miles or more to really get the feel of a truck.1951 ford, Tug Toy, Shock Therapy and 7 others Thank this.

That's when it gets fun....cranking that big ol' hood around the corner and the little cheerleader's sitting in the turn lane on her phone.....her eyes get HUGE when she realizes that big radiator is a comin' her way and the bumper is a inch from her door.....you run her on thru the gears and tap the trains for the kid on the corner pumping his arm....Seger is coming thru the speakers....
And we rolled....And we rolled clean out of sight.... -
In Ashern, MB for the night. Had a few minutes over 3 hours left with the sun going below the horizon (and about 3 hours to get to Brandon) and deer galore crossing the highway. Called it quits before #### hit the fan.
Loaded up a trailer with limestone and brought it back to the yard, then switched to an empty and loaded it too. Wish I could load pneumatics more often. 20 minutes from arrival to departure from the shipper is such a great feeling.1951 ford, Shock Therapy, Crusader66 and 4 others Thank this. -
Gotta try that Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Cane!
Do U keep it wrapped on the the Grill and how much Cooktime?Hurricane69, 1951 ford, Tug Toy and 6 others Thank this. -
I'm enjoying it more every day. As with any new to me truck I get it needs a lot of little stuff...things like new indicator lamps above the toggle switches. When I got rid of the International it was almost restored to factory original.
This truck is tighter, no wind whistling thru the door. And a lot quieter now that it has a muffler. -
I like fine details like the lights above the switches to work. The switches actually turn on the right light with proper dash indicator light etc. A door rattle I can't take. A hood that's hell to open or close is close to useless to me lmao. I have never had the sense to roll through like a Indian on the trail. Closer to an F4 grazin the deck is more my M.O. not on purpose, not that I necessarily like but I can't help it LMAO. Besides where's the fun in slipping by unannounced
Hurricane69, 4mer trucker, SAR and 10 others Thank this.
