It's amazing what difference about 3-4 hours can make.

Had I not sat yesterday waiting for my pickup info, I would have made it to get picked up.

Had I not waited this morning for the broker to get their #### together, I would be in Mauston, WI right now.

But now I'm in Michigan City, IN because of the fuster cluck that is Chicago on a Friday. Holy guacamole!

I94 westbound near Gary was ####ed. 1.5 hour delay due to crash. I94 in downtown Chicago is currently ####ed and has been since 2pm. Over an hour delay. Cubs game apparently.

Had I waited to start my day, I'd probably be stuck in it right now, but I'd still potentially be able to get home tomorrow.

Now at best I'll make the Big Chief Cafe in Fergus Falls, MN.

If the customer still wants this thing there on Tuesday, another driver is going to have to take it. When all is said and done, my hours right now would probably get me to Regina, and I'm only getting back 9 hours on Monday. Sure, I'd make it some time Tuesday, but my wife wouldn't be very happy. And the boss lady told me when she hired me, I get resets at home. It's "very important" to her.

And once done in BC, where do I go? I've used barely 9 hours a day for the past 5 days. I'd be nearly useless without a full 70.

Oh well, not my problem. I didn't cause the delay, so it's not my fault.

You better stretch and maybe do a few practice run before hand. Them gates get taller the older we get.

Shudder and groan—after yesterday, I don’t think I have it in me to get back in shape
