    Yeah it was.

Boss and dispatch are two separate people. Boss has been in the industry for 22 years (I think she said). Started as L/O over 10 years ago, ran O/O for several years. Built the company off of an 80's Freightliner COE a couple years ago she got running herself. Still drives because she doesn't like the office stuff. Barely two years in and she's buying new equipment and has more contract work than drivers and trucks and is already talking about starting up on the US side hiring US drivers and O/O's to work out of a second yard in next couple years.

Dispatch I haven't met in person yet, but he seems mostly put together. Not sure if he's driven before, but he is cooperative and friendly. It'll be a bit of a learning curve from what I'm used to.

No one will ever beat the dispatch I had at New Hope though. He could twist my arm into doing anything, he was just so friendly and kind, and was always on the ball. Every shred of paperwork was always ready to go as soon as he got it and he always had info when I needed it. Our driver/dispatch relationship is one of the things I miss most about that job.

Mack Anthem cab height is 6'11" and sleeper height is 7'1". It's freaking opera house inside, lol.

As cozy as the 379 flat top is, I don't miss squeezing myself in there.

I love sashimi. Had some wild-caught Atlantic (?) salmon one time that was like butter. Perfect texture and flavour like nothing else. I'm not as big a fan of tuna as salmon, but I think I had some bluefin tuna at one point and that was divine.
