    Back when I first got into the building trades, I had an iron worker tell me over beers once “we haven’t used rivets in... eons”.

    Everything is bolted now.

    So I guess now every time I see an impact wrench that resembles an air hammer I harken back to that.

    We may not get much accomplished.

    On a side note, if you go to put the band saw blade in and the teeth are going the wrong direction, and it will happen, grab the blade at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock and turn it inside out.
    My supply house lady had to show a fella this one day. He went in there mad as hell because she sold him "The wrong blade". She calmly showed him how to correct this. Apparently, he wasn't the first person to have this struggle.
    Like @OLDSKOOLERnWV said, square up the fence to the blade. The sticker they put on the side is more often close than correct. I also scored lines at 45* and */-22.5* with a scribe, then put a punch mark at the edge to help line things up.
