Granby's Truck Stop, I35E/S in Italy, Texas. Will be in Laredo in the morning and then waiting again for a trailer to cross the border so tomorrow
night's location will of course be - The Flying J - in Laredo, TX.......................................................................................

When do you assume the new position?

 

I don't know, some things have changed and I don't think they are willing to pay me what I actually make as a driver, and ever since I said something I did some crappy 300 mile each day loads that I still ended up staying the night for....

The way I see it is, if im sleeping in my truck I might as well run the longer runs because I'm paid by the mile, but the short runs are my punishment for saying I wanted every other sunday off instead of leaving at noon...

 

It is unfortunate things are working out that way. I am sure it will all work out in the end. Good luck.

East on 80. Had to stop n get coffee. Spent 4 hours loading my truck, the first 3 was spent watching them try to figure out how to run a JLG Boom Lift. The last hour was me taking over and putting the crap on the trailer lol
