New contractor, end of his first week. Very optimistic about him. Used to run his own excavating business. He was actually heading to aforementioned customer in NW Iowa, but picked up domestically produced steel in Granite City.

Orlando, just finished up a wheel seal, exhaust from the turbo to the y pipe, fixing some "raccoon" wiring problems, and various other issues. Drop my trailer tonight and pick up a 13'7" wide load heading to Texas on Monday.

Not to make fun of the raccoon incident, but one of those insurance commercials has a raccoon ripping in a attack and thought of your truck when I watched it.

Just watch out for the blue cars, and some of the state troopers have a set number of log books/trucks they are supposed to check every month also. But they are usually after the cow trucks.
