i dont like the hooks at the top for laces instead of eyelets. thats how the boots i just bought are and i am not a fan.

 

That's funny you mention New Balance's. Useless information. Sold Shoes when was a teenager and always recommended NB's
I'll keep in mind the ITechnology and try on a few pairs. Man, now you make miss that comfort

 

I only have New Balence shoes and these 2 pairs of boots. I keep the NB on all the time, unless I'm at a place that requires boots or it is muddy/sandy out, then the boots go on.

 

Tried that numerous times driving with sneakers. It doesn't work out so well. The weight/ridged of the boots using only toes on the pedals make it more comfortable and whatever equipment using for the company won't work on the hurry up jobs trying to change shoes
