Where is everyone?

I agree, I don't carry any at all, but even if I did, I would rather sit till the road cleared than to put them on and try for it. I do have a few sets of super-single chains, i wonder if they would even look that closely at them or just having the bags of chains would work????

As the old saying goes.... "Chains are to get you out of trouble, not so you can drive into it"

 

I'm sitting a thome, waiting for the wife to get home so we can go out to dinner one last time before I head out tonight for Indy. Deliver in Charlotte Tuesday morning and then off to lord knows where. I got a call yesterday from that same agent with the load to Laredo, the rate went up anout $300.... I told him only $200 more and he's got a truck LOL

 

What do you have planned for this week?

 

i have four single chains i took out of the bag and threw in a pile. if they check i just point at them. havent had anyone check yet.

 

Plans for coming back yet?

 

Yeah, he plans on bidding on uShip and getting a heck of a rate on a wooden turtle and some popcorn machine going to downtown NYC for $1,400

Welp we got our first snow of the year, i'l be leaving for bedford NH here soon, have a good week everyone.
