Where is everyone?

new braunfels tx ta. heading for the house til xmas night; then head out for wed. am delivery in kentucky

 

tucumcari, NM headed for Los angeles then pickin up a load and hotfootin it home to try and make it there for xmas day. only gonna be home one day so that is disapointing but that is the life i chose i guess

 

my wife always tell me the same thing. She tells me if I can't make it home, then "it's fine because its what we have to do and the cards we were dealt. We just deal with it the best we can"

i don't want to miss holidays or functions but at least I have a wife who is very understanding.

 

Iowa 80 peelot. Just got in! Went to Albert lea this morning after the roads re opened, got unloaded and reloaded at the same place and then went back down to Des Moines, off loaded there, picked up a pre loaded trailer and got to Iowa 80. I'm done for the night these roads suck!

 

Indeed it is.

 

At home for the weekend then leave Christmas day for the port of Baltimore.

 

What kind of company would make a guy work on Christmas Day? One would think there would be a nice "BONUS" check along with the load.
