Empty in nowhere new mexico dropped my 68k and headed back home in the am. eating at a chinese buffet, hoping for the best.

 

Well, my load to beaumont turned into a Hazmat load to Victoria and a reload to Phoenix. Actually pays me more money and 0 deadhead miles, can't beat it!!!

 

Hope it don't turn out to be like my mess was today. Was supposed to be Hazmat, turned out to be Haz Waste. Back at the house, after running 100 miles to load, loading, finding out the broker miscommunicated the commodity to the Agent, unloading and coming back home. Got up at 3 this morning for nothing.

 

Oh dang, that's not good...... No, my stuff is oil field supplies. I've hauled for this agent before and all they do is oil field stuff. SUpposed to be 8 drums and a few totes going to a Haliburton warehouse, but we all know how that goes. I'm sure I'll end up with a mess of stuff going to an oil patch site lol

Im at the rest area on 81 south of wilkes barre, ill hit the house around mid night then im off for the weekend, gotta go renew my hazmat tomorrow and get my passport.

 

Got to love the wonderful state of Maryland and there dang snow emergency.

Yeah, that's why I do not run east of Ohio this time of year. I know you really have no choice, but just one of the reasons I do not is Maryland loves to close down I-68 as soon as it starts snowing...... that and I hate PA during the winter.
