I think you can. Their website is kind of vague about it.

 

Just overweight? I think you can to a certain point.
I think all the D7E's I have hauled have been right at 102" wide, maybe 1/2" over if anything.
I would put in for it, and go from there. Ks did have a restriction on I70 a while back, and routed you on a US road that parallels I70. IIRC I was overweight and oversize though...

thanks, I should be under 9' but I will be 93 or 94k. I will sunmit for it, I only need from Wichita to the state line.

 

Mine won't in March either.. I almost did it last year, but let the boss talk me out of it, not happening this year, bad knees or not, I'll be digging out the chains and binders, need new tarps, mine are
full of holes, also a new headache rack. I'm tired of slamming doors.

Idaho Falls ID at Dads Travel plaza ext 113 off of 15. Drove up 191 and across 26 today from Rock Springs WY. Awesome drive with some cool views along the way.
