Back at the Motel 6 in Eloy. Got loaded, stopped at the TA to check the scales, cause I knew I am really, really close on the drives. Freaking coolant running out like the Mississippi! Got a hole in the middle of my radiator. They pulled it and will send it to the local radiator shop, in the morning. Met up with Bayou Hotshot. He's a big ol' boy! Makes me look short (which I ain't all that tall). So much for my Friday drop in San Antonio.

sitting in niota tn with my 2 stopper load of brass goin to littleton nh and some plastic stuff called para-web not sure what its for but i got 5 pallets of them going to NJ and they suck!!!!! each roll is about 2 inches wide and a foot in diameter and they are stacked about 6 ft high wrapped in seran (sp) wrap 4 pallets on the bottom deck in the back and 1 on the top deck for weight reasons each pallet is about 2500lbs about 6 stacks to a pallet
i got 2 straps over the one pallet on the top deck crossed on the top to hold the corner stacks in place and a 2 inch wrapped around the whole thing and then tarped....
well all day today i had to keep stopping to check the freaking things in the rain because the straps kept loosening up on me and so far everything was good. well i get here and for a quick snack and i look at the front pallet and the whole thing is leaning hard toward the back so i untarp and to my disgust both straps came loose and the whole friggen pallet is leaning ready to fall over the only way to fix it that i can see is completly tear down the pallet and restack it (if i can find another pallet i'll stack it shorter) but thats a job for tommorow and a job i gonna make sure i get paid for it. every flatbedder that walked by couldent belive they put this load on a SD/flat in the first place that it should of went on a dry van
i'll put pics up in the am when theres some day light i'm wore the hell out -
Hope you're able to get it corrected without to much more hassles.
Oh and no rain.. -
i hope so to but knowing my luck an arc will float by with everyone and everything on it float by laughing
MJ1657 Thanks this.
