Where is everyone?

Nope only thing I got was a "Give me your bills and start unstrapping." So as for my day I got woke up a 0430 then unstrapped and didn't get empty till around 0730. Then I bounced down to Dundalk MD from Bristol PA, once i got down there i was so pleasantly greeted with a "Hey its your lucky day, We need to inspect your truck" at the port entrance. Got checked in with a half hour to go for lunch, went to find my tractors and low and behold one of the tractors had damage. God knows it couldn't be the last one to go on the trailer so i sat and waited for them to come take some pics. After that got loaded and caught up during lunch. They came checked me out then on the road i was. Had 4 hrs to make a 5 hr trip. Got here 15 min too late and couldn't get my first tractor off. So i think its time to relax and try this again tomorrow and see what happens.

 

Yes I did. Had a late appointment to load so I would have had time to bs but oh well.

I loaded at Nucor steel this afternoon. Gal in the scale house was one of the most miserable b****'s I've ever run across.


I don't understand how people can function being that miserable. I kind of like it because it reminds me how good my life is.

 

Ive loaded out of Nucor in Auburn NY and the guy there was also a arse. I guess its a prerequisite to work in there scale house.

 

Im unloading at Nucor in Marysville, MO. Should be interesting.

 

Fact: 90% of New Yorkers are miserable (or at least act that way)

 

I was with a New yorker that wasn't miserable....

 

LOVE winter time. emptied at 10am this morning, get a pick up at 1600 tomorrow. I mean, seriously?
