Spokane WA at the petro. got lucky and snagged another preloaded pretarped load headed for sante fe springs ca then hopefully heading east. been out for about a month straight so should get some good home time coming my way

 

I'm at the house, got to spend all weekend cleaning out my old truck and putting stuff in my new older truck....

I got tired of the new one constantly breaking down so I took an older pete that is higher mileage but has a bigger bunk, bigger fuel tanks, and a bunk heater...

I'm putting laminate hardwood floor in the sleeper tomorrow because the carpets in the bunk had grease all over them (wtf) and i'm going to clean the rest of the out really well.

milford ct for the night headed to littleton nh tommorow long story short had to restack the plastic rolls twice times both times in the pouring rain and 30 degree temps went 20 miles and of course they started leaning again so had to restack again this time in the freezing rain (why not be efficient while were at it) by the time i got that done sat in traffic in knoxville for 3 hours finally got through it only to find out the road were a sheet of ice in town got through that slick ride all the way up to 81 heard 20 different people say 81 north was a nightmare the farther up i go then heard 81 was closed at the 54 so i said screw it rolled in to the petro in glade spring VA and passed out got those evil plastic rolls from hell off this afternoon with minutes to spare can't unload the brass till monday. sometimes i truely wonder why i do this job blahhhhhhhh!!!!!! atleast i get to sleep in for once tommorow


and yes that was the short version long version would entail lots of interesting vocabulary

 

I'd love to see some pictures and some directions of how to do this!! I've looked online but not found much info of how to install it "correctly"

 

Ive never done it, just going to guess and check!

Fisher that truck was broke down every other week, the one im moving into isnt bad it has drop visor and straight pipes....
needs the frame painted and some work done with a polisher but that can wait until spring.

 

Eastbound and down in a 2013 Nissan Altima. Rental cars are so much fun! I dropped off my truck for its service tomorrow in Des Moines when I got there last night I said screw it I'm getting a rental car tomorrow and going home.

 

I usually do the same on long weekends, but I'll find a ball game to go to or something. Downtime can be fun sometimes..

 

After I had already gotten this car as I was leaving I thought they had 1 of those little Fiats. I looked at it laughed and just thought of how much trouble I would get in if I would have rented that!
