I'm not sure about this setup lol. kind of interesting but seems ridiculous to me instead of a nice headache rack but i could also be wrong. (for once)

 

Rapid City at the J trying to deciper a Washington State permit. My permit is for 15'2". Mp 294.92 to 294.92 Bridge height is 14'8" if your load is over 14'6" and alternate route is advised. Well, thank you Mr. Obvious. How about giving me an alternate route?
