Anybody kno somewhere to stuff a 14 wide over night on the west side of Texarkana?

 

Are you heading east??? If so, once you get into AR there is a rest area around the 8MM. I know it's not the west side, but that and the Flying J at exit 7 in AR is really the only places around.

 

Yea I'm heading east. Can't get pilot cars until tomorrow maybe I'll just sneak in a couple miles to the J. Thanks.

 

Yeah, that's what I would suggest. The J is a bit snug to get into tho and make sure you're there by 5pm or there won't be any spots to manuver that puppy into.

Have you read the routing for your AR permit yet?? They are doing construction from the line to the 7mm (which is the exit for the J) and they usually send OS around it.

there is a small truckstop at exit 208 (Hooks, TX) that might work as well. Then you're only about 10 miles from Texarkana.

I haven't went over my AR permit yet as I just got it. I'm 30 miles from hooks think I'll just quit there.
