Where is everyone?

Yea finally backed in a door now there is nobody around in here. Union work at its finest I suppose.

 

I always try to be the first guy there seems to help

 

Well, that little deal with the can in Jersey paid off. Looked at my settlement, this morning and the shipper paid for reconsignment and layover. Another $375 in my pocket for going from Elizabeth to Jersey City and sleeping at the Expressport Plaza.

 

got some taters with that gravy.. very nice

 

The meat and taters was on the load. Had a darn good rate for a 9,000 pound, 20 foot container.

 

Guess I am going to Carlsbad, NM on Tuesday - got a call for a load and gave the guy a ridiculous price and he accepted it, go figure. I will be at home for the weekend unless I find a short haul here in Denver.

Felt like it takes forever to get there is all.

 

I drive slow and my truck doesn't pull that great so it takes me forever to get anywhere anyway. Got concerned that maybe there was something I missed.
