i hope so lol. I really am not wanting to go back out on the road its too hard to leave aymore and i want to be home everyday. If i get one of the jobs I will be home everyday and be the happiest guy in the world. just got off the phone with my friend and he is gonna shoot me a text in the morning to let me know what the scoop is and might head up to home and talk to the logging company tomorrow. and they are willing to train me on logging so with any luck i will be a logger or chip hauler lolaiwiron Thanks this.

Got pulled over for a random inspection this morning in Illinois on 64.
Clean bill of health!
Deliver at cat in Aurora tomorrow then reload Friday in fort Collins to decatur with robotic machines. Deliver Monday then take a week or two off. -
Done it, pay sucks.

Wood chips do not roll off and kill you, needs no chains or straps and do not fall off in huge chunks and cause the popo to give you tickets.
From first hand experience of dragging veneer logs, logging trucking is fun to me and all but chips are more low key. -
