Where is everyone?

I'll take a load with a 3 cent profit. But remember, that's 3 cents pure profit, after all business and personal expenses, including savings and retirement, personal insurance, etc.

 

No I mean this guy said he hauls freight all day everyday and his rates he get are rarely at the 2 dollar a mile mark. He was saying 1.50 is his average.

 

If hes admitting his average is 1.50 im willing to bet its much lower.

I'm 2 hours from the house I decided 18 days was enough and a 4.65 pm average on 6500 miles was plenty for this month.

 

why is it everytime I move empty to position myself to get a load it turns out I go in the wrong direction? moved 150 east from Carlsbad, nmand now have to go back to Ft Bliss 300 miles. Headed to MS with my first load from Mercer.

 

Nice, if I did that I would take next month off

 

Yea I wish I could do that every month but it just doesn't happen. I really wish I could get my other 9 trucks up there but they average about 3 a mile every month.

 

nope go out did a quick look at it jumped back in the truck and proceded to back up even more!!!!!! must of wanted to end it's suffering....gee what a guy

on a side note i think i ran across cluck over in south dakota running west on 90(i was going east) i believe, white volvo 53 step deck with a bunch of ltl on some tarped some not
