Good luck getting out of there SHC. You might have to make that truck of yours into a shootin starcar! Lay it to the floor and go!

I never even got to go inside. If the parking lot represents the inside of the T/A, I know what to expect. More dirt.

Got a call from the local agent for two LTLs. I thought that would be good to keep me running for at least another day and will get me by the house. Not. Got the first load one 20 miles from the T/A, then hauled butt 95 miles to get the other one in rush hour traffic while it was snowing and raining. Everyone left 20 minutes before I arrived.

I might roll this $1.31 load to PA instead of waiting until Monday. I did find another load going to the same area of PA from Michigan and it will only be a total of 120 miles out of route, but I need to get some info on it as it was supposed to load 04/04. That load will be more then enough to pay for fuel.

*edit* If I get the second LTL, what is the best route from Lewisburg, Pa to Reading, PA? It doesn't look like much fun.

I'd rather haul 2 cheaper loads than run out empty. Or short hop around till I get over in better freight. Last time I went to Texas I go stuck for 2 weeks trying to get just something out. Ended up getting a load of drill pipe to Oklahoma clos enough is could dead head to OKC and get something that payed good home..

That looks much better than the route my gps gave me :biggrin_25514:
Too many squiggly lines on a map of PA makes me shudder.
