Pins, make sure the holes and pins are not egged out, make sure the lights are wired as the trailer, some are not.

Suspension needs to be straight pulling, some are not paired and you need to make sure it is.

How hard is it to put in/take insert? can you do it with one forklift or does it take two?

Done it with one forklift many times and does not take much if someone knows how to do it, your tag axle should have a dump valve and used to use it to raise and lower the axle to slide the pins in or out. Not sure what type you are looking at so kind of difficult to explain.

Trail King , I can't post the picture but the insert has 2 bolt holes on the vertical face(each end) and 2 larger pin holes horizontal on both ends. Just trying to figure out how much it is going to cost me to out in and take out on the road.

It was going to be convenient at the time. oops.

I am learning to listen and write down what is going on, but from now on I am going to check the route and mileage. Sometime the mileage is routed through the PA Turnpike and other times the mileage comes up short or multiple drops are not planned correctly.

Usually we dont have problems putting decks in and out on jobsites. Our driver manager usually lets the customer know we need some crane help and every now and then you get some flack but I have never been turned down and have always got it taken care of. I sure would like to see a picture though.
