Yeah I know how to get there just wasnt sure if that gate stayed open all night. I'm guessing they start shipping at 0700? Gotta run tomorrow to make it back to Des Moines before I run outta time.

Sioux City, Iowa at the Peelot. Going to load just down the street in the morning and maybe get unloaded in Madison in the afternoon.

Havent been to a yearly meeting in 2 years and not scheduled until 2014. The last two times I went into a terminal for a yearly, there were issues. The last one was in Cloud. Got real nasty.

They fire the wrong people. If you have a driver thats been there for 20 years without a blemish, and he hits a bridge, why fire him? He slipped up. Probably will not slip up for another 20. Solid for 20 years and you trash him the first goof? No way.

Had one of my guys have his pilot cars steer a blade into that Peelot in Huntsville,Tx. They came unglued. He didn't hit anything. YES, it was a stupid thing to do, but he didnt hit anything! Thats some good driving! The Peelot called in. Noone could get in, noone could get out. The deskjockeys wanted to can him. "Nooooooo, the guy has talent, just need some fine tuning. Smack his hand and I will talk to him."

The bad thing is, we had gotten to Baytown that Sunday. Tuesday morning, I said this this driver, "I am going to top my tanks off", hinting to him to top his fuel tanks off. He said that he was fine on fuel. Those blade suck down more fuel than they realize. Dont fire a good driver for a brain fart. I guess they think it can save their safety rating.

Sitting for the evening at the Kenly 95 Petro.

Unloading empty crates at MCAS in Cherry Point. BIG empty crates full of top secret high octane sailboat fuel. Got several loads available to run for a day this weekend, but I really want to head West, not back to NJ.

    SHC and CAXPT Thank this.

Chrome! Usually when I can get by there, I stock up on the 95lb magnets. They sell them for the same price as the 60lb magnets.

Should I attach those to my fuel lines to get better fuel mileage? :biggrin_25522:
