Where is everyone?

Leaving the house for Mansfield Mass in a few hours, unload in the AM and bounce my butt back home.

 

Enjoying my last day off at home, then headed to Manitowoc, WI with my OS load. Then pick up 2 LTL's going to Detroit. Hopefully find something back to the windy and call it a week. Take me a long weekend and enjoy the holiday and birthday

Home.

Dropped my load off in Fargo today and bounced home empty. Hooked onto the hopper bottom to haul wheat for the next couple days.

 

At the TA in Erie,pa on 90. gonna load in Erie tomarrow and head for kentucky. then i'm gonna get my arse home and enjoy a nice long weekend.

 

Had some idiot run into me today as he came down the On ramp in Milwaukee. He just came right into my steer tire as if I wasn't there !!!! Then once I stop, he says "Didn't you see me coming in front of you? You should have stopped so I could get in" , to which I replied "apparently you need to take drivers Ed again, because you ate supposd to yield, not us on the highway"

So the officer shows up and takes out info. I explain to him what happened and he proceeds to talk to the other guy. He tells the officer that he yielded at the top of the ramp and "timed" his car to "slip" in front of my truck. Well, the officer comes back to me 1st with the info for the report and told me that he was citing the other driver for "Failure to yield", and also a citation for "reckless driving" for trying to cut me off. And a citation for being at fault for the accident.

For once, justice was served

Did the tire survive?

 

Yes, all it did was rip off my plastic lug caps. His car is a different story, seeing that my actual lugs peeled the side of his car open, ripped thru his rear tire and destroyed his rims...... Well it was a rental car, so "Nationals" car I should say.
