1 for each chain. I "threaded" the chain thru each tie-down spot and hooked one end of the chain to pocket, and then other end with binder. You'll figure it out, it's really very simple to do

 

Parked just on the outskirts of the "hood" in Buffalo NY.

Kick first stop off early then other in Rochester NY. Reload going back to NE.

 

sounds fairly easy to do just never done it before. do you use snap binders? if so were they hard to secure with not much room to work them?

 

I only use ratchet binders

 

X1000, after a fractured skull, anyone would IMHO. I have yet to find a load that a ratchet binder wouldn't work on.
